Hampton-Keith Will Not Return to NC State Volleyball

Linda Hampton-Keith will not return as NC State Volleyball coach after four seasons in Raleigh, Director of Athletics Boo Corrigan announced on Friday.

"We'd like to thank Linda for her contributions to NC State over the past four years and wish her the best in her future endeavors," said Corrigan.

Hampton-Keith finishes her time with a record of 67-56 overall and 43-33 in ACC play. NC State was her first head coaching job after serving as Associate Head Coach at Arizona State prior to her arrival in Raleigh.

In 2017 she led NC State to the NCAA Tournament and a five-set victory over Oregon State in the opening round for the Wolfpack's first-ever NCAA Tournament victory.

A national search for Hampton-Keith's successor will begin immediately.
