INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – For the fifth consecutive season, both NC State cross country squads will compete at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships, as the NCAA announced the field for the national meet Saturday afternoon.
The women secured an automatic bid with their win at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships on Friday, and the men received one of 13 at-large bids.
NC State's teams have both earned spots at the NCAA Championships each year dating back to the 2015 campaign. It is the longest such streak for the Pack since both the men and the women qualified for the national meet every season from 1995 through 2004.
The NCAA Championships will be hosted by Indiana State University at the Lavern Gibson Course in Terre Haute, Ind., on Saturday, Nov. 23. More information about the meet will follow later this week.
