Primetime with the Pack, the traditional season-opening event for the NC State men's and women's basketball teams, will be held on Friday, Oct. 18 at 8 p.m., at James T. Valvano Arena at William Neal Reynolds Coliseum.

Harris Teeter is an Associate Partner of Primetime with the Pack.

Admission is free and all seating is general admission. Fans can reserve their free tickets here or by calling the athletics ticket office at 919-865-1510.
NC State students can reserve their free student ticket online at GoPack.com/Students. One student that registers will be selected to join NC State legends Nick Gwiazdowski and Torry Holt as a judge for the dunk contest. Two students will be selected to win up to $350 in gift cards courtesy of Harris Teeter.

Prior to the event, the NC State athletics department is partnering with University Activities Board, Student Government, Student Alumni Association and Inter-Residence-Council for Howl N' Hoops from 5:30- 7:00 p.m.
The pre-Primetime event will include a DJ, games and many giveaways, including Howling Cow Ice Cream. In addition, the first 200 students at Howl N' Hoops can explore the adidas MakerLab where they can customize and screen print their own t-shirt.
Doors at Reynolds Coliseum will open at 7 p.m. with the event starting at 8 p.m. After both teams are introduced, scheduled events include a shooting contest and skills challenge involving both teams, a dunk contest with select men's basketball players, and interviews with men's basketball head coach Kevin Keatts and women's basketball head coach Wes Moore.
The first 2,000 fans inside Reynolds Coliseum will receive Primetime t-shirts, while the first 3,500 fans will receive Light-Up cheer sticks.
