Faulkner to Serve as Recruiting Coordinator

RALEIGH, N.C. - NC State head coach Dave Doeren has announced that assistant coach Eddie Faulkner will now serve as the recruiting coordinator for Wolfpack football. The 18-year coaching veteran is entering his seventh season with the Wolfpack program coaching the tight ends and fullbacks.

"Eddie has been a big part of our success on the field and in recruiting," said Doeren. "He's done a great job recruiting the Charlotte area and has really helped us make inroads there. He's very organized and I knew that as we restructured our offensive staff, he would do a great job in this role."

Faulkner, who also coached under Doeren at Northern Illinois in 2011, coached the Wolfpack's career reception leader, Jaylen Samuels from 2014-17.
