Women’s Soccer’s Schedule Altered

RALEIGH – Due to weather impacts of Hurricane Florence, the No. 17 NC State women's soccer team's schedule has been altered.

The team's match that was originally scheduled with No. 13 Duke for Friday, Sept. 28 at 7 p.m. in Durham, N.C., has now been pushed up to Thursday, Sept. 27 at 7 p.m. in Raleigh. The makeup date for its contest at Notre Dame is Sunday, Sept. 30 at 1 p.m.

The match vs. Duke was supposed to be played at Dail Soccer Stadium per the ACC's original schedule, but due to a scheduling conflict earlier in the year it was moved to Koskinen Stadium. With the date change, the match is now able to be played in Raleigh like it was originally slated.

NC State opens ACC play Thursday, Sept. 20 when it hosts Wake Forest, who is currently receiving votes for the top 25 of the national rankings, at 7 p.m. The match will be broadcast on the ACC Network Extra.
