Adams Named ACC Lineman of the Week

RALEIGH, N.C. - Wolfpack senior offensive guard Tony Adams has been named the ACC Offensive Lineman of the Week for his performance against South Carolina in the season opener.

A preseason candidate for the Outland Trophy, Adams earned the Wolfpack's highest grade on the offensive line in last Saturday's season-opening loss to South Carolina. Adams helped pave the way for NC State's 504 yards of total offense while recording five knockdown blocks. He played all 103 graded offensive snaps against the Gamecocks, never subbing out.
