Six from NC State Rifle In Action at USA Shooting Nationals

Wolfpack rifle represented at USA Nationals

RALEIGH, N.C. – The USA Shooting National Championships take place this week and NC State rifle has six representatives competing at the event held in Fort Benning, Ga. Current team members Zach Eisenberg, Lauren Phillips, William Marciniak and Claire Zanti are in action, along with newly added transfer Kendra Jacobs and 2016 Rio Olympian Lucas Kozeniesky.

Last year, Kozeniesky won the National Championship in the men's air rifle competition a few weeks prior to competing in the Rio Olympics.

The event runs through Sunday with different events taking place each day. Each will participate in the smallbore and air rifle events.
