Women’s Soccer Back In National Rankings

After key wins against Louisville and previously ranked Notre Dame last week the NC State women's soccer team is back in this week's national rankings, checking in at No. 24 on the United Soccer Coaches Poll.
The Wolfpack is additionally ranked 25th in this week's Top Drawer Soccer Poll and 28th in the RPI.
NC State earned a 2-1 win over the Cardinals last Thursday to clinch the No. 3 seed in the ACC Championship, and on Sunday defeated the Irish 4-1 in the ACC Championship quarterfinal at home.
The Pack will play in its first ACC semifinals since 1995 when it faces No. 4 UNC-Chapel Hill at MUSC Stadium Friday. Kickoff is approximately 8 p.m. and will be broadcast on Regional Sports Networks.
