Despite there being a three month break in between the fall and spring seasons of collegiate golf, keeping a competitive edge is a must when it comes to staying in shape during the off months. Several members of NC State's women's golf team took part in tournaments over the winter break that help to serve this purpose for college golfers.
Dixie Women's Amateur
Senior Stephanie Pribonic played in the Dixie Women's Amateur Championship on Dec. 19-22 at the Woodlands Country Club in Tamarac, Fla. She posted consistent scores of 76, 75, 77 and 75 for a 72-hole total of 303 and to finish in a tie for 44th.
Carolinas Young Amateur
