Moye Wins Second Straight ACC Performer of the Week Honor

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Megan Moye is the ACC's Women's Track Performer of the Week for the second week in a row, as announced by the conference office on Tuesday afternoon.

Moye broke her own 1,500m school record with a time of 4:15.05 at the Virginia Challenge. The mark is over a half a second improvement from her previous record (4:15.67), which she set two weeks ago at the Charlotte Invitational.

The mark is ranked fifth in the nation, second in the East region and first in the ACC.

Moye is having a breakout season on the track, earning national rankings in both the 1,500m and 800m. Between the indoor and outdoor season, she has earned two school records (1,500m and Mile), a First-Team All-America honor, and a pair of All-ACC honors.
