Swimming And Diving Remains In Top 10 Of National Poll

Men ranked third, women ranked ninth
RALEIGH- The NC State swimming and diving team remains among the top 10 of the latest College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) poll as the men are ranked third while the women sit at ninth, released on Wednesday afternoon.

This marks the fourth-straight week the men have been listed in the top five and the women among the top 10 of the national rankings.

NC State's 2016-17 CSCAA Rankings
Oct. 26 – Men: No. 3, Women: No. 4
Nov. 9 – Men: No. 1, Women: No. 6
Nov. 26 – Men: No. 1, Women: No. 6
Dec. 6 – Men: No. 3, Women No. 9

The Wolfpack men remain the highest-ranked team among the ACC, as five other schools checked into the top 25 (No. 8 Louisville, No. 15 Virginia, No. 18 Florida State, No. 21 Notre Dame and No. 25 Georgia Tech).

On the women's side, Virginia is the only school from the conference listed ahead of the Pack, while four other schools are listed in the latest poll (No. 11 Louisville, No. 19 UNC-CH, No. 23 Duke and No. 24 Florida State) and Notre Dame is receiving votes.
