Cullen Jones Named Captain Of 2015 Pan Am Games Team

He is slated to swim in three events
RALEIGH, N.C.-Â NC State swimming and diving alum Cullen Jones has been named a captain for the Toronto 2015 Pan Am Games team, as announced by USA Swimming Sunday.Â
Following a vote done by all the swimmers on the roster, Jones and 2012 Olympic medalist Caitlin Leverenz were named team captains.Â
He is slated to swim the 50 and 100m freestyle, as well as the 400 freestyle relay at the games.Â
A four-time Olympic medalist and NCAA Champion in the 50 free, Jones has been a member of the national team since 2005.
The swimming portion of the games will start Tuesday and end Sunday. For results throughout the week, click here.Â
