Wolfpack Places 12th At LSU Golf Classic

BATON ROUGE - The NC State women's golf team finished 12th in the team standings at the LSU Golf Classic.
The Wolfpack was led by Lindsay McGetrick (80-73-79) and Rachael Taylor (74-78-80), who each shot 232 and tied for 36th in the 89-player field. Vivian Tsui (81-76-76--233), Crystal Huang (81-82-77--240) and Cecily Overbey (79-83-79--241).
LSU's Elise Bradley (74-68-72--214) won the tournament after defeating Mississippi State's Rica Tse in a playoff. LSU, the host school, won the event with a team score of 879. Mississippi State (884) and Tulane (895) followed in the team standings.
The Wolfpack is back in action at the Bryan National Collegiate at Browns Summit April 3-5.
