Wolfpack Ready for #RaleighRelays15

RALEIGH, N.C.- The NC State track and field team will host the Raleigh Relays this weekend. The meet begins Friday at 9:30 a.m.and continues through 4:35 p.m.on Saturday at Paul H. Derr Track.
Wolfpack in Competition:
NC State will be represented in most of the events, as a large majority of the Wolfpack will compete at the home meet. Additionally, several freshmen and newcomers to the team will have the opportunity to gain experience while competing unattached.
As always, Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) are available. The Pack will look to secure more of these marks at the comfort of its home facility.
The Competition:
The Pack welcomes approximately 2,500 athletes from various colleges, high schools, and clubs across the country. The meet is one of the largest meets in the southeast and will feature 48 events throughout the two days of competition.
Last Time Out:
A group primarily composed of jumpers, sprinters and throwers opened the outdoor season for NC State last weekend at the Dennis Craddock Carolina Relays.The Wolfpack`s opening #STATEment included four ACC qualifying marks, and 28 top-three finishes.
