Simonin, Donovan Make MLS Preseason Debuts

At the MLS SuperDraft, #PackFooty watched as its two highest selections ever flew off the board. Clement Simonin went ninth overall to Toronto FC, while Orlando City SC drafted Conor Donovan with the 22nd overall choice. Both began preseason with their respective clubs last week, and GoPack.com has the roundup:

- Simonin saw action on February 4, in Toronto FC's first preseason scrimmage against Montverde Academy in Orlando. Toronto secured a 4-2 win in the match comprised of three 30-minute sessions. Simonin opens the regular season with Toronto on March 7.

- Donovan started Orlando City's preseason 4-0 win over Dallas FC on February 4, pairing with Aurelien Collin at central defender. The match was Orlando's second preseason contest of the year, following a 1-1 draw with DC United on January 30.
