GREENSBORO, N.C. – The entirety of the 2014-15 Atlantic Coast Conference season schedule was released by the league office on Tuesday, Sept. 9. Beginning on Jan. 4 at UNC-Chapel Hill and ending Mar. 1 at home against Notre Dame, the Wolfpack’s league slate features 16 total contests, eight of which will be played inside Reynolds Coliseum.
Entering his second year at the helm of the program, 2014 ESPNW ACC Coach of the Year Wes Moore and the Wolfpack will host a very exciting set of league games which includes visits from UNC-Chapel Hill (Jan. 22), Duke (Hoops 4 Hope – Feb. 22), and 2014 NCAA runner up Notre Dame (Mar. 1).
Moore (583-177 in 25 years as a head coach) received a contract extension through the 2019-20 season after guiding the Wolfpack to an NCAA Tournament appearance in 2014.
“As I’ve said before, I’m humbled and honored to be the head coach at NC State,” Wes Moore said. “With the support we receive from our administration and the upcoming renovation of Reynolds Coliseum, it’s an exciting time to be a part of the Pack. Combining that with a great staff and an influx of young talent makes for a bright future.”
