PACKFOOTY NEWS & NOTES
- NC State (2-2-1, 0-1 ACC) fell behind 2-0 at No. 18 Wake Forest on Friday night, before piecing together a heartfelt rally in search of a result. Bajza's strike cut that deficit in half, but the Wolfpack was unable to find the equalizer after having two players sent off with red cards.
- The Wolfpack had held opponents scoreless for 242:46 before allowing a 17th minute goal at Wake Forest. Despite losing the streak, strong goalkeeping and steady play from the back line have been charasteric of the 2014 Pack. Alex McCauley snagged a career-high nine saves in the outing.
