RALEIGH - The undefeated NC State women's basketball team (3-0) returns to action at home on Friday evening, hosting High Point. Tip-off between the Wolfpack and Panthers is scheduled for 7 p.m. from Reynolds Coliseum.

NC State's offense has been very balanced in its first three games of the 2014-15 season, as each Wolfpack victory fea¬tured four student athletes scoring in double figures. Miah Spencer (17.7 ppg.) is the team's offensive leader to this point, while Dominique Wilson (16.3) and Carlee Schuhmacher (13.0) are not far behind.
LAST GAME
SEESAW BATTLE
NC State's 70-63 win at Charlotte on Nov. 18 featured eight ties and nine lead changes. The Pack trailed by as many as four points halfway through the second half, but would ultimately end the game by allowing just nine Charlotte points over the course of the final 9:49.
SPENCER OPENED AND SCHUHMACHER CLOSED
Miah Spencer scored 12 of NC State's first 14 points in the win at Charlotte. Carlee Schuhmacher then ended the contest on a high note, scoring eight of the Pack's final 16 points.
SERIES HISTORY
-Friday's game will mark the fifth all-time meeting between NC State and High Point.
-NC State holds a 4-0 lead in the series.
-The teams last met on March 15 of the 2012 season in Raleigh. The game was a first-round WNIT game and NC State earned an 88-78 win.
-NC State's average margin of victory in the four prior meetings was 23.2 points per game.
SCOUTING THE PANTHERS
-High Point enters Friday's game the owner of a 1-1 record.
-The Panthers defeated Brevard College (72-65) at home before falling on the road at East Tennessee State (84-76).
-High Point has three players averaging double figures: Stacia Robertson (17.5 ppg.), DeAnneisha Jackson (15.0), and Kaylah Keys (13.5).
-The Panthers return all five starters from a 2013-14 Big South Conference regular-season championship team.
-Keys (league preseason Player of the Year) and Robertson were both selected on the preseason All-Big South first team in the league's annual poll.
