- Junior goalkeeper Alex McCauley earned his first ACC Player of the Week honor this week for a career-high 12-save performance in the Wolfpack's 2-1 win over No. 5 Louisville last Friday. McCauley ranks first in the conference in saves (48), second in saves per game (4.38), and tied for third in shutouts (4), one shy of jumping into a tie for second.
- The Wolfpack dropped Gardner-Webb 5-2 during the midweek behind Yanni Hachem's five-point night. The win represented the first time this year that the Pack has tied or defeated an opponent who scored more than one goal. In State's seven wins and ties combined, the Wolfpack has allowed four goals over 660 minutes.
- Wolfpack goal scorers Nick Surkamp (4), Michael Bajza (3), Zach Knudson (3), and Travis Wannemuehler (3) all rank inside the ACC Top 10, a bloated leaderboard featuring 24 strikers with three goals or more on the season. Only five conference performers have more goals than Surkamp, with the lead a two-way tie at six.
