TULSA, Okla. – Ian Dempster and Robbie Mudge of the NC State men's tennis team advanced to the consolation quarterfinals on Friday, as the 2014 ITA All-American Championships continued throughout the day at the Case Tennis Center.
Notables
- The ninth-ranked pair of Ian Dempster and Robbie Mudge earned a straight-set victory in the first round of the doubles consolation draw against the duo of Daniel Bednarczyk and Sam Monette of Indiana, 6-2, 6-3.
- Senior Austin Powell dropped his first round match in the consolation draw to Hunter Reese of Tennessee, 6-2, 6-3.
