
Weather Affects Women's Golf At Tar Heel Invitational

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - Play at the Tar Heel Invitational has been suspended until Sunday morning at 8 a.m.
Once the second round is completed, the final round will start immediately with a shotgun start.
The Wolfpack stood fourth in the 18-team event as the teams halted play. Augusta James (-1) entered Saturday tied for the tournament lead and she was still in the top 10 at the end of the day. The Wolfpack also benefited from a surge from Rachael Taylor (-1), who has climbed into the top 10.
Lindsay McGetrick (+2), Vivian Tsui (+6) and Cecily Overbey (+18) round out the lineup. Crystal Huang (+10) and Stephanie Pribonic (+15) are participating as individuals.
