Wolfpack Women's Soccer Releases 2014 Spring Schedule

RALEIGH, N.C. – Consisting of three home matches and five total dates of competition, the NC State women’s soccer team’s 2014 spring schedule was released this week by head coach Tim Santoro. The schedule will begin on Feb. 22 and will conclude on Apr. 6.
NC State will kick things off at home on Saturday, Feb. 22 vs. Campbell. The Wolfpack and Camels will begin play from Dail Soccer Field at 12 p.m. One week later (March 1), State will host Elon at the same location for a 10 a.m. matchup.
The Wolfpack will take to the road for the first time of the spring season on Saturday, March 22. Beginning at 11 a.m., State will take on both UNC Wilmington and East Carolina in Wilmington, N.C.
NC State’s final home match of the spring slate will be played on Thursday, March 27 vs. Charlotte. This will be the lone spring home match which will not be played at Dail Soccer Field, but rather at the Wolfpack Training Center. Kick-off for this match is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
Second year head coach Tim Santoro and his squad will wrap up spring play on Sunday, April 6 at the ACC Spring Event in Clemmons, N.C. At this event, NC State will take on Duke at 12:30 p.m.
