NC State men's soccer awaits the NCAA's bracket unveiling on Monday, November 18 at noon.
The Wolfpack (8-5-4, 3-5-3 ACC) built a strong tournament resume by finishing the regular season with authority, compiling a 4-1 record over the final five games, and 4-2-2 over the last eight, to climb to No. 38 in the national RPI.
State's closing kick was helped by the return of senior captain Nazmi Albadawi, who provided four goals and two assists in the Pack's last four games, including a golden goal in the 92nd minute of the Wolfpack's 1-0 overtime win at No. 10 North Carolina.
NC State's strength of schedule could be the determining factor that pushes the Pack into the postseason. The Wolfpack has played six games against teams with top 30 RPIs. Nine of the Pack's 17 matches have been against teams ranked inside the top 60.
NCAA.com will stream Monday's selection show beginning at noon.
