"The biggest thing I gained from the experience was learning to compete and coming to practice every day with the mindset that you have to play at the highest level possible. You are playing with girls who aren't just going through the motions. They are playing to win and to go to the Olympics. It's a different level of competition. I tried to learn as much as I could from the older girls there and bring their leadership skills back here with me."
