RALEIGH, N.C. - No. 19 NC State plays host to Charlotte at 6 p.m. Wednesday in a midweek tuneup for the Wolfpack's weekend series with Duke at Doak Field at Dail Park.
The Pack (26-12, 13-8 ACC) enters the game after scoring a pair of wins in a Saturday doubleheader with Boston College to take the series last weekend.

Diaz is currently on a four-game hot streak, hitting a blistering .579 (11-for-19) with six doubles, 10 RBIs, and eight runs. The junior from Miami, Fla. leads a Wolfpack offense that ranks first in the ACC in runs per game (7.37), in batting average (.372), hits (58), RBIs (41), and doubles (16).
