UCF Invitational Live Scoring | VertKlasse Meeting Live Scoring
RALEIGH, N.C. – The NC State men’s and women’s outdoor track and field teams will participate in two events this weekend, one locally for sprinters and mid-distance runners and one in Florida for its throwers.
The Wolfpack throwers – featuring redshirt freshman Tremanisha Taylor and senior school-record holder Lawanda Henry for the women – will participate in the UCF Invitational in Orlando, Fla., beginning on Friday afternoon. Taylor, a native of Henderson, N.C., won both the hammer throw and the discus last week in her first official college outdoor meet.
Junior Nathaniel Williams, sophomore Grant Pearce and redshirt freshman Jule Rich will compete for the men.
The two-day event, hosted by Central Florida, will conclude on Saturday. Live scoring is available at this HalfMileTiming link.
Other select athletes will compete at the fourth-annual HPU VertKlasse Meeting in High Point, N.C. Events begin Saturday morning and continue throughout the day. Live results will be available at http://flashresults.com/.
Among the Wolfpack veterans competing the High Point will be Sandy Roberts, who did not compete in the indoor season, and junior Daniel Fretz for the men, along with sophomore Denae Ford and Taylor Graham for the women.
Results from both meets will be posted on GoPack.com at the end of each day.
