RALEIGH, N.C. - NC State soccer's Wolfpack Training Complex (WTC) is near completion and with that we bring you an updated photo gallery of what will be one of the finest soccer training facilities in this country.
The natural grass field will be a replica of the Pack's gameday field, the Dail Soccer Field. It will be 120x75 yards, a USGA sandbased field with hybrid Bermuda grass, and a tile drainage system.
The synthetic surface will be 100x68 yards FIFA certified infill system that will be the first synthetic field on NC State's campus. A third area will be extra turf space which features penalty box dimensions which can be used for set pieces and shooting on goal.
There will also be a 25,000 sq ft warm up/training area off that field as you enter the complex for the teams.
