College Park, Md. - NC State travels to play No. 9 Maryland on Sunday at 1 p.m., from Ludwig Field.
The Pack tangles with its third-straight top-10 team in ACC play, and second on the road in as many games.
On Thursday, the Wolfpack took a 1-0 lead on freshman Stephanie Bronson's team-leading sixth goal, but Wake Forest scored the next two goals of the match to earn a 2-1 victory.
NC State has scored in all 11 games this season, the longest stretch to open a season since the 1991 squad scored in the first 18 matches of the year. That club went on to the NCAA Quarterfinals with a final record 18-5 under coach Larry Gross.
Bronson has now scored in four-straight matches, and his risen to 10th in the ACC with 14 points on six goals and two assists. The Raleigh native is also tied for seventh in goals scored.
Senior Tanya Cain is tied for second in the ACC with 43 shots. Senior Alex Berger is tied for second with four game-winning goals. That figure ties her for fifth nationally with 11 others.
Senior goalkeeper Kim Kern is ranked first in the ACC in saves with 57, fourth in save percentage, at .814, and 10th with a 1.20 goals-against-average.
Scouting Maryland
The Terps are 7-2-2, and 1-2 in the ACC after a 2-1 overtime loss to Boston College on Thursday. Olivia Wagner leads the team with 15 points on six goals and three assists.
Last Meeting
NC State lost 1-0 at home to Maryland with the game's lone goal coming in the 68th minute.

NC State visits Miami on Thursday at 7 pm., and then will play at Floriday State next Sunday at 1 p.m.
