RALEIGH, N.C. – With the heavy rain and severe weather moving past the Triangle area, Saturday’s Atlantic Coast Conference baseball game between NC State and North Carolina should begin at 6:30 p.m., as originally scheduled.

The heaviest rain had moved past the NC State campus by about 4:30 this afternoon, allowing the grounds crew to begin work on preparing the field for tonight’s game.
