Baseball Schedules Twin-Bill For Saturday

The threat of rain Sunday has prompted NC State to reschedule the final two games of this weekend's series vs. Penn State as a doubleheader on Saturday.

RALEIGH, N.C. — With the weatherman certain that Sunday will be a rain day, NC State and Penn State have changed the schedule for this weekend’s three-game series and will play a doubleheader Saturday beginning at 1 p.m. at Doak Field at Dail Park. There will be a 40-minute break between games.

With the the Wolfpack and Nittany Lions playing a doubleheader on Saturday, there will be no game on Sunday. Friday’s game, scheduled for a 3 p.m. start at the Doak, is unaffected by the change.
