RALEIGH, N.C. --- 32nd-ranked NC State women's tennis plays host to third-ranked North Carolina Wednesday at 3 p.m. in Pullen Park.
Both teams enter the match on win streaks as the Pack (10-2, 1-1 ACC) has won three-straight over the last three weeks, while the Heels (13-3, 2-0 ACC) have won six in a row.
The potential for matches between nationally-ranked competitors looms large, asa combined five ranked singles and two ranked doubles teams will be in action.
NC State's 24th-ranked Sanaa Bhambri and 73rd-ranked Sandhya Nagaraj will likely match up against UNC's 14th-ranked Zoe De Bruycker, 61st-ranked Shinann Featherston, or 108th-ranked Lauren McHale.
In doubles, the 19th-ranked pairing of Bhambri and Nagaraj could face off against fifth-ranked Featherston/McHale.
Junior Tatiana Illova enters the match on a six-match win streak, as she has picked up two wins in each of the Pack's last three meets.
Free pizza will be available for all fans in attendance, and free t-shirts will be given to the first 50 fans to arrive. The match will also be a priority point event for Wolfpack Student Club members.
