Gymnastics Hosts "Flip for a Cure" This Saturday

RALEIGH, N.C.--- 24th-ranked NC State gymnastics hosts the Sweetheart Invitational featuring Arizona and William & Mary Saturday, February 12 beginning at 7 p.m. in Reynolds Coliseum.

Last week, the Pack snapped a two-meet skid, knocking off 23rd-ranked Iowa in dramatic fashion to improve to 3-4 on the year, and will look to surpass the .500 mark for the first time this season with a pair of wins Saturday.

The 2011 Sweetheart Invitational is a "pink meet", and will generate proceeds to benefit breast cancer research.

Saturday's meet is also Dad & Daughter's night. Promotions include a spirit contest for attending gymnastics clubs and a post-meet autograph session.
