RALEIGH, N.C. -
The inaugural Wolfpack Challenge resulted in a 2-2 tie between Red and White Saturday night. The coaching staff had decided before the start of the challenge to limit the match to only four games. Each team featured various combinations of Wolfpack players, which gave first year head coach Bryan Bunn a chance to see how each student-athlete has progressed during the preseason.
Both squads showed glimpses of a bright future for Pack volleyball this season. Newcomers and returners alike made contributions to the teams, proving that Coach Bunn and his staff are making the changes they hoped to make.
With the Wolfpack Challenge under its belt, the Pack can now return to practice and work on weaknesses in preparation for the season opener on Aug. 27 versus Eastern Kentucky as a part of the Western Carolina Tournament.
