Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I sign up for more than one game?

2. Where do I park on the day of the game?

Parking for volunteers will be located in the TX lot of the stadium.  We will give out parking passes at training, the day before the game.

3. Can I volunteer if I am under 18?

4. How do I get my ticket to the game?

Tickets will be given out to volunteers once they return to their assigned booth 40 minutes prior to kickoff.

5. Will I get to sit with my friends at the game?

All seats are single seat tickets.  We cannot guarantee a ticket with your friends.

6. If I am volunteering by myself, will I be put into a group?

We do group everyone together in groups of 4 or 5.  No one will be walking around alone.

7. If I am volunteering with a group, can we stay together?

When you sign up, please let us know who you will be in a group with so we can keep you together on game day.

8. What if I cannot attend training?

We ask that you make every attempt to attend training, but if you are unable to, we will schedule another time for you to receive training.

9. Once the game begins, do I have any more responsibilities?

After you receive your ticket to the game, your volunteer responsibilities are over and you can enjoy the game.
