Pack Runners Past, Present Compete at USAs

Wolfpack freshman Ryan Hill, who broke his own school record in the prelims, finished ninth in the 1500 meter finals at the USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships today in Des Moines, Iowa. Hill clocked in at 3:52.73 and finished third among collegians in the event.
On Saturday, freshman Erin Mercer was the eighth-place finisher in the women's 1500 meters, junior division. Mercer posted a time of 4:40.12.
Former Wolfpack starts Stephen Furst and Bobby Mack competed in the senior division of the 5000 meter run, finishing ninth and 10th respectively with times of 14:07.40 and 14.08.74
