Nagaraj Named to All-ACC Team

GREENSBORO, N.C. - Sophomore Sandhya Nagaraj was named to the 2010 All-Atlantic Coast Conference women's tennis team on Thursday, April 22.
Nagaraj has been steady for the Wolfpack throughout the season going 12-9 and 4-7 in the ACC at No. 1 singles. Her performance has earned Nagaraj a No. 69 ranking in the country. Nagaraj beat many ranked opponents including No. 26 Irene Rehberger of South Florida, No. 42 Lindsey Hardenbergh of Virginia, No. 81 Hilary Bartlett of Princeton and No. 110 Liset Brito of FIU.
Nagaraj also went 9-10 and 4-7 in the ACC in doubles.
Nagaraj is the first member of the NC State women's tennis team to be named All-ACC since Daria Petrovic made the team as a freshman in 2007.
