Henry, Lawson Compete at VT Final Qualifier

BLACKSBURG, Va. - NC State men's and women's track and field sent athletes to the Virginia Tech Final Qualifier on Saturday in one final indoor meet before the NCAA Indoor Championships.
For the women, Lawanda Henry hit a distance of 50'11.00" in the shot put and Kayla Lawson posted a height of 5'08.00" in the high jump.
For the men, Jason Jones hit an NCAA Indoor Provisional Qualifying mark in the shot put with a season-high 59'05.50".
In addition, Reggie Reese ran twice in the 60m dash and posted a flat 7.00 in each race.
