Men's Golf Opens Spring Season

Raleigh, N.C. – The NC State men’s golf team will begin its spring schedule, as the Pack competes at the Allstate Sugar Bowl Mardi Gras Invitational this Monday and Tuesday. NC State will travel to Avondale, La., and play at TPC Louisiana. The course is a par-72, 6,931 yard course.
NC State will play two rounds of 18 holes on Monday, and the final round of 18 will be held on Tuesday. Also competing will be host New Orleans, along with Arkansas-Litte Rock, Austin Peay, Campbell, Centenary, Liberty, Louisiana-Lafayette, Louisiana-Monroe, Louisiana Tech, Nicholls State, San Diego, Southeastern Louisiana, Troy, Wichita State.
NC State will be sending in order: junior Matt Hill, senior Brad Revell, freshman Mitchell Sutton, sophomore Mark McMillan, and senior Nathan Spoon. NC State starts the spring ranked No. 27 nationally in the GOLFWEEK/SAGARIN national rankings.
There will be no live results for this tournament.
