John Martinez ran an NCAA Indoor Provisional Qualifying mark in the 3,000m at the Huskie Classic in Seattle, Wash. Martinez ran a season-high 8:04.53.
Also putting up strong results was Kwame Boatwright, who finished third in the triple jump at the Tyson's Invite in Fayetteville, Ark. Boatwright's 49'08.50" was a career-best and nearly made the top-10 list in school history.
A'Tolani Akinkuotu tied a season-high in the 22.46 in the 200m at the Tyson's Invite.
