Women's Tennis Continues Play at UNCW Invite

Wilmington, N.C. - The competition continued for two members of the women's tennis team at the Landfall Invitational hosted by UNC-Wilmington on Saturday.
In singles competition, sophomore Diana Mortlock was defeated by Ekaterina Morozova of Kansas, 6-2, 6-2. Freshman Chloe Smith lost a hard fought match to Susan Bitetti of Furman, 6-7 (4), 6-4, 10-7.
Mortlock and Smith paired up in doubles competition against Kayla Schwenk and Christina Riley of UNCW, but lost 8-6.
Both Mortlock and Smith will finish up singles competition on Sunday.
