General Rules Include, but are not limited to, the following: Event management personnel reserve the right to inspect patrons entering the stadium for the purpose of safety. All purses or bags must fit within the assigned seating area for each patron. Event management personnel reserve the right to inspect all persons, bags, and items entering the stadium. By tendering your ticket and entering the stadium, you consent to searches and additional security measures as necessary without advance notice and waive any related claims. Prohibited items inside the stadium: food, drink containers, bags or backpacks, bottles, artificial noise-makers, cans, thermos bottles, ice bags, ice chests, strollers, cameras (handheld and video), large flags, flags on poles, banners or signs, weapons, or any object deemed hazardous by stadium management. Diaper bags accompanied by an infant are permitted. All patrons must have a ticket, regardless of age. Tents shall remain contained within the allocated parking area of a tailgating group. Tailgate participants should discard all trash in the trash cans provided through the parking areas. If full, they shall bag and tie their own trash and leave it at the parking bumper for collection after the game. Tailgating music shall be at a level considered to your neighbors as dictated by campus police. Rowdy, threatening, or inconsiderate behavior such as profane and abusive language, fighting, or drunkenness shall not be tolerated within any tailgate area or within the stadium. Violation may result in ejection, arrest, and/or loss of ticket privileges for future events. Throwing objects in the stands or onto the field, use of umbrellas, use of handheld and videocameras (with the exception of cell phones), and standing or sitting in the aisle are prohibited. Prohibited items in the stadium will be confiscated and not returned. Alcohol Policy The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages inside the stadium is prohibited. Alcoholic beverage kegs are prohibited in all parking areas. Persons of legal age may consume malt beverages and unfortified wine in Carter-Finley Stadium parking areas, whereas spirituous liquor and fortified wine are not allowed. Directions to Carter-Finley Stadium From the West: Take 1-40 East to the Wade Avenue exit; Exit at Edwards Mill Rd. or Blue Ridge Rd. and follow the signs to Carter-Finley Stadium. From the East: Take 1-40 West to the 440 Beltline. Take the Wade Avenue exit and go west. Exit on Blue Ridge Rd. or Edwards Mill Rd. and follow the signs to Carter-Finley Stadium.
