OFFICIAL RULES AND INFORMATION
Sweepstakes Dates: 8/17/09 to 11/20/09
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local regulations apply. Official rules can be obtained upon request at all Taco Bell restaurants located in the Raleigh/Fayetteville, NC area or by visiting www.gopack.com.
1. How To Enter:
Log onto www.gopack.com and click on 79, 89, 99 Drive Contest banner to complete an online entry form. Select what you think NC State’s longest scoring drive will be for the upcoming game: 79 yards, 89 yards or 99 yards. If you select within the correct range, your name will be submitted into a drawing for a chance to win. Sweepstakes runs from 8/17/09 to 11/20/09. No purchase necessary to enter. Sweepstakes ends November 20, 2009 at 11:59pm EST. One entry per person/email address per sweepstake entry dates for the entire sweepstakes.
2. Prizes:
There will be seven total winners. Each will receive two (2) tickets the next NC State Football game following the drawing, One parking pass, Two Free Taco Bell Combo certificates, two Taco Bell merchandised items and two NC State hats and t-shirts. Estimated retail value of each prize package is $85. ($50 for two NC State football tickets and parking pass, $20 for the Taco Bell food and merchandise, and $20 for NC State hats and t-shirts.) Prize does not include transportation, hotel, taxes, or incidentals. Prizes may be considered income and taxes on these prizes are solely the responsibility of the winner.
3. Drawing:
One (1) winner will be drawn following a home football game (per the dates noted below), by a Wolf Pack Marketing representative. The winner will be chosen from the pool of registrations that represents the closest length of NC State’s longest scoring drive of the previous home game (79 yards=0 yards to 79 yards; 89 yards=80 to 89 yards; or 99 yards=90+ yards). The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries who chose the correct yardage as stated above. Decision of awarding companies and/or their agents will be final. Winner will be notified via telephone within 24 hours of drawing.

5. Claiming Prizes/Releases:
Winner must claim their prize within 48 hours of notification by signing and having notarized an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability release form. If a winner does not claim his/her prize within 48 hours, winner automatically forfeits his/her right to the prize. Unclaimed prizes will be awarded by second chance random drawing from all remaining eligible entries. The same notification and verification procedures will be in force until such a time a winner has been officially notified and this individual will have fully complied with these stated eligibility and verification procedures. By accepting his/her prize, the winner agrees: (a) to release Taco Bell and Wolfpack Sports Marketing, their franchises, licensees and employees; all their respective subsidiaries, parent companies, affiliates, and agencies from any and all liability, claims, action or proceedings arising out of and/or for injuries or damages sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in and/or traveling to any prize related activities; as well as (b) consents (except where prohibited by law) to the use by sponsors for promotional purposes in connection with this sweepstakes, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation.
6. Liability Release:
Sponsor is not responsible for any late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical problems in connection with the transmission or receipt of entry, including faulty electronic data transmission, traffic congestion on the Internet or on the web site, hardware or software error, equipment failure or malfunction, or other online communication problems. No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor resulting from user's attempt to participate in the sweepstakes or download any information in connection with participating in the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his/her entries) who tampers with the entry process. Caution; any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operations of the sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such attempt be made, sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event the sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the sweepstakes, sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the sweepstakes, and to award the prizes from among all entries received prior to action taken by sponsor.
