Bailey’s Digging for Diamonds Official Rules
(1) No purchase is necessary to enter this contest.
(2) How to enter: Visit one of the three participating Bailey’s Fine Jewelry locations and complete an entry form in its entirety.
(3) Contest begins August 24, 2009 and is open to anyone except employees of Bailey’s Fine Jewelry (hereby known as sponsor), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and any employees, affiliates or subsidiaries of Wolfpack Sports Marketing. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
(4) One entry per customer. Each entry must be received by midnight on Monday, November 16, 2009 to be considered for the contest. Neither Sponsor nor Wolfpack Sports Marketing will be responsible for lost, stolen, illegible, or misdirected entries. No mechanical reproductions or facsimiles are permitted. Entries are the property of the Sponsor and Wolfpack Sports Marketing and will not be returned. By entering the contest, sponsor agrees to these rules and the decision of Sponsor and Wolfpack Sports Marketing, which decision shall be final.
(5) Prize: Two winners/couples will be selected to compete on the field at the NC State vs. UNC football game on November 28, 2009. The winning couple will receive a Hearts on Fire Diamond valued at $10,000.
(6) Winners will be chosen on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 from all valid entries received by midnight on Monday, November 16, 2009.
(7) Winners will be notified on Tuesday, November 17, 2009. The winners must agree to release Sponsor and Wolfpack Sports Marketing from any and all liability for injury, damage, or loss resulting from acceptance. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release before the prize is awarded. Winners must also consent to the use of their name and/or likeness without compensation for advertising, public relations, or promotional purposes.
(8) For the name of the prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the following address after November 30, 2009 but no later than December 30, 2009

(9) This prize may be considered income and taxes on the prize are solely the responsibility of the winner.
