RALEIGH, N.C. – Head coach Charita J. Stubbs and the NC State volleyball program would like to thank all fans that turned out to watch the annual Red & White Scrimmage on Saturday, Aug. 15.
“We had our best crowd at a scrimmage in years, and we are very appreciate of that,” said Stubbs. “The players and coaching staff are thankful for everyone that took the time out of their busy Saturday to come out and watch how the team has progressed since the end of last season. We are looking forward to our fans continuing to show up and support us throughout the entire coming year because their presence creates an atmosphere that we all enjoy and look forward to.”
NC State will kickoff its 2009 campaign officially with the NC State Hilton RTP Classic, Aug. 28-29 at Reynolds Coliseum.
