| Q. When is the NC State Ticket Office open? |
| A. The NC State Ticket Office is open Monday Friday from 8:30 am until 4:30pm. The office is closed most major holidays as well during select university closings. We are located at 5400 Trinity Road, Suite 407, Raleigh, NC 27607. Our phone number is 919-865-1510. |

| Q. How do I purchase tickets online? |
| A. In order to purchase tickets online, a Wolfpack Club Member should log into their online account using their Ticket ID number or email address that is registered with their account as well their individual password that they created. In the case that a person is not a Wolfpack Club Member, all a fan must do is click on the “Buy Tickets” link on the tickets page. |

| Q. Do I need to be a Wolfpack Club Member in order to buy to tickets to NC State Athletic events? |
| A. No, a person is not required to be a Wolfpack Club Member to purchase tickets to an NC State Athletic event, however certain sports are limited to members only. Typically, NC State Football Season Tickets as well as NC State Men’s Basketball Season Tickets are limited to Wolfpack Club members. Occasionally, tickets may be made available to non-members, but a membership in the Wolfpack Club helps ensure that a fan will not miss out seeing the Wolfpack in action! |

| Q. Are all NC State Athletic Events ticketed? |
| A. No, not all athletic events at NC State are ticketed. Tickets are sold and required at the following events: Football, Men’s and Women’s Soccer, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Gymnastics, and Baseball |

| Q. I bought tickets to an NC State Athletic event and am waiting for them to be mailed to me. When should I expect them? |
| A. Tickets are typically mailed out 10-14 days prior to that particular event. If tickets are ordered within that 10-14 day time frame, the tickets will be held in the office for “will-call”. If you have ordered tickets for more than one event at the same time, you may not receive the tickets for both events at the same time in the mail. Typically, each event has its own separate mailing. If you have any concerns regarding your order, contact the NC State Ticket Office at 1-800-310-PACK or (919) 865-1510. |

| Q. May I post-date a check when mailing in a ticket order? |
| A. No, no post-dated checks will be accepted by the NC State Athletic Ticket Office. All checks received will be processed on the day it is received. The NC State Athletic Ticket Office will not be held responsible for any personal financial problems caused by a post-dated check. |

Gameday Questions - Football |
| Q. I lost an item at the game. Do you have a Lost and Found area? |
| A. All lost articles and lost children can be brought to the Campus Police Command Center between gates 4 and 5. After the game, you can contact campus police at 919-515-3000. |

| Q. I rented a chairback and there is an issue with my seat. What do I do? |
| A. Any issues with your chairbacks on gameday can be reported to the NC State Staff by gate 4. |

| Q. What items are prohibited from being brought into Carter-Finely Stadium? |
| A. Food, drink, containers, umbrellas, bottles, ice bags, artificial noise makers, cans thermose bottles, ice chests, strollers, video cameras, large flags, flags an poles, bags, back packs, banners or signs, weapons, or any object deemed hazardous by stadium Management are not allowed into the stadium and will be confiscated and not returned. Diaper Bags accompanied by and infant are permitted. |

| Q. Where is the First Aid Station inside the stadium? |
| A. Rex Hospital First Aid Stations are located by gates 4 and 9. |

| Q. Are there ATM's inside the stadium? |
| A. Yes, for your convenience, ATM's are located by Gates 4 and 9. |

| Q. Where is the Visiting Teams Player Guest Entrance? |
| A. Gate 5 |

| Q. Where is the NC State Player Guest/Recruit Entrance |

| Q. Where is the gameday Ticket Office/Will Call located? |
| A. On the West Side (Press Box) of the stadium, outside Gate 5. |

Gameday Parking - Football |
| Q. I am coming to the game but do not have a parking pass. What are my options? |
| A. |

| Q. Someone has parked in my space, what do I do? |
| A. Please do not park in another space. Either contact the nearest parking attendant or call 919-749-1405 and we will have the illegally parked car towed. |

| Q. My car has been towed. Where is it? |
| A. Illegally parked cars will be towed at the owners expense to Gate D of Carter-Finely Stadium. If you need assistance contact McLaurin Parking at 919-749-1405. |

| Q. Our group is bringing a bus to the stadium. Where can we park? |
| A. Bus parking is available at Cardinal-Gibbons High School located across Edwards Mill Rd. from Gate E. It is recommended that bus passes be purchased in advance by calling the Wolfpack Club at 919-865-1500. |

| Q. Where is handicap parking located? |
| A. Handicap parking is available on a season basis to WPC Members based on rank. If you do not receive a season parking pass, individual Handicap spaces are available at Cardinal Gibbons High School across Edwards Mill Rd. from Gate E for $10 each. A shuttle is provided to take you back and forth to the stadium entrance. |

| Q. Where can I park an RV if I don't have a season RV pass? |
| A. Please contact the NC State Fair Grounds (located across Trinity Rd from Carter-Finley Stadium) at 919-821-7400. |

| Q. Do you offer any kind of pregame hospitality? |
| A. Yes, Party Lots are available to rent. Great for pregame parties, corporate functions, etc. Please contact Chris Alston at 919-865-1421. |

| Q. I would like to have a booth in the Fanzone to advertise my product/company. Who do I need to contact? |

Athletics Department Produced Print Items |
| Q. Where can I get a copy of a sports schedule card or poster? |
| A. Team schedule cards and posters can be picked up for free at the NC State Ticket Office or Weisiger Brown building on campus. We also try to have them available at the specifics sports events, while supplies last. These are available free of charge. Schedule cards and posters can also be mailed for a charge. Please contact the NC State Marketing Office at 919-865-1421 to inquire. |

| A. Contact the NC State Media Relations Dept for more information on Media Guide availability. |

| Q. Can I purchase a Gameday Program at the event? |
| A. Programs are sold at all Football and Men's Basketball games. They are provided free of charge at most other sports events. |

Mascot/Student-Athlete Requests |
| Q. I would like to have Mr. or Ms. Wuf come to my event. How do I do this? |
| A. Please refer to the Mascot Request Page. |

| Q. I would like to have an NC State Student Athlete come to speak to my group. Is this possible? |
| A. Of course it is. Send a letter to: Student-Athlete Development, NC State University, Campus Box 8507, Raleigh, NC 27695. In the letter include your name, phone number, email and specific dates and times. Also, explain the topic you would like the student-athlete to cover. Due to time, we will only visit those areas that are within Wake County and each visit can last no longer than 1 hour. |
