Bethea Wins High Jump at 49er Classic

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Mattie Bethea won the high jump at the 49er Classic with a height of 5'05.00" as the NC State women's track and field team wrapped up action at the 49er Classic.
Bethea also was eighth in the javelin with a distance of 111'03".
Ashley Neal was fifth in the triple jump with a distance of 37'01.25.
The 4x100 meter relay team finished seventh with a 49.00 flat time.
