Gymnastics Leads EAGL in All-Academic Team

RALEIGH, N.C. - NC State led the East Atlantic Gymnastics League (EAGL) with 16 selections on the All-Academic team, the league announced on Monday. Two members of the team - Elyse Adams and AShley Shepard - were named to the EAGL All-Academic Team for the fourth time.
Shepard, a senior from Rock Hill, S.C., is majoring in biochemistry and leads all conference selections with a GPA of 4.60.
Adams, from Westlake, Ohio, is a biological sciences major.
Junior Lauren Deuser is a three time selection, while four other Wolfpack gymnasts earned their second honor.
