Henry Crushes Own Shot Put Mark

BLACKSBURG, Va. - Lawanda Henry crushed her own school record in the shot put by over two feet in securing her second NCAA provisional mark of the season. Henry won the event at the VT Elite Meet, the fourth time in six meets that she has won the event.
In addition to Henry, Gabrielle Daniel finished seventh in the 400m.
Kayla Lawson was eighth in the triple jump with her second best mark of the season, a 38'06.25.
Andie Cozzarelli ran the third fastest time on the team in the mile with a 5:05.19.
The 4x400 meter relay team finished fifth.
