Named to Prep Star’s All-East Region class of 2009... Also a standout forward on the basketball team, he was offered several scholarships to play on the hardwood... Invited to the Reebok All-American camp for basketball... Father, Darryl Bishop, was the first African-American to earn a basketball scholarship at the University of Kentucky, also played football at Kentucky and then went on to the NFL.
