Reynolds Hosts 12th-Annual 'Big Event' Tonight

RALEIGH, N.C. NC State students and local fans can watch Wednesday night’s NC State-North Carolina game at Reynolds Coliseum at the 12th-annual Big Event viewing party.

The event, sponsored the NC State ACTION Committee (Advocating Choices Through Increased Options Now), will feature a 16-foot- x 20-foot big screen television for fans to watch the game at the historic arena, home to Wolfpack basketball since 1949.

In addition to entertainment by the NC State cheerleaders and dance team, the event will feature giveaways throughout the evening during timeouts and halftime. Among the dozens of prizes are concert tickets, basketball and hockey tickets, mobile phones and accessories, autographed basketballs, T-shirts and mini basketballs.

Doors open at 7 p.m., one hour before the game tips off in Chapel Hill.
